Pırlanta Çamlıca

Pırlanta Çamlıca was built by Erkan İnşaat in the Altunizade neighborhood of Istanbul. The project is situated on a total land area of 12,570 m², including 9,870 m² of green space, and consists of 40 residences across 10 blocks.

The apartments in the project are designed with garden floor, middle floor, and penthouse options. Apartment types are specified as 4+1 (243 m²) and 5+1 (315 to 417 m²).

The building has undergone soil surveys and structural inspections and is built on a raft foundation in compliance with earthquake regulations. The blocks feature an elevator, fire escape, hydrofor system, and a natural gas central heating system.

Pırlanta Çamlıca Sales Office is located in Üsküdar / Istanbul. The project's delivery date is May 2015; all apartments have been sold.
