Plevne Konutları

Plevne Konutları is an urban transformation project located in the Mevlana neighborhood of Istanbul's Gaziosmanpaşa district. The project is being carried out by the partnership of By Oktayöz İnşaat, Reyhan İnşaat and Bahaş Holding. Built on a total land area of 72,000 m², the project includes five towers, a total of 400 residences, and 82 commercial units.

Construction of the project's first phase is ongoing, with a target delivery date of April 2019. Detailed apartment types and sizes for Plevne Konutları, which consists of three phases, have not yet been announced. However, it is expected to offer a wide residential portfolio in terms of its general structure.

The project offers various transportation advantages. It is located just 300 meters from the TEM highway, providing access to key locations; for example, it is 10 minutes from the 15 July Martyrs Bridge. Other nearby points include Atatürk Airport (15 minutes) and the FSM Bridge (7 minutes).
