Provence Güzelbahçe

Provence Güzelbahçe is a project located in the Kahramandere neighborhood of İzmir's Güzelbahçe district. Developed by Reliance Mühendislik, this project consists of a total of 12 independent villas and has an area of 7.000 m². The delivery date of the project is the fourth quarter of 2017.

The project has been designed to appeal to the upper income group. The villas are built in accordance with European standards and feature characteristics aimed particularly at foreign investors. In this context, Provence Güzelbahçe aims to meet the summer residence needs of French tourists in Turkey.

The investment cost of the project has been determined as 16.500.000 TL. Modern and minimalist elements are at the forefront of its design. All structural elements and landscaping have been carefully planned and implemented.

Provence Güzelbahçe is located close to the D-300 highway, making it possible to reach many points in İzmir. Although there is no bus stop nearby, since it targets an income group that does not use public transportation, there is no difficulty in terms of transportation.
