Queen Bomonti

Queen Bomonti is located in the Merkez neighborhood of Şişli district, Istanbul. Developed by Sinpaş GYO, the project is built on a 26,000 square meter area and is planned for delivery in the second quarter of 2019.

The project stands out with its residence concept and consists of a total of 1,080 modules. The depth of the modules can reach up to 9 meters, offering flexible solutions for the design of apartments in different sizes; these apartments can be in dimensions such as 50, 80, and 100 square meters.

Thanks to the modular system, areas that can be arranged according to the desired size can be created. Among the apartment options in the project, there are various combinations starting from 1+0 up to 3.5+1.

Queen Bomonti Sales Office is located in Şişli / Istanbul. The project also has its own city park, which features various amenities such as an open swimming pool, a walking track, and children's playgrounds.
