Sar Life Residence

Sar Life Residence is a residential project built by Topdemir İnşaat in the Esenyurt district of Istanbul. The foundation of the project was laid in November 2015 and it was delivered in March 2017. It includes a total of 75 apartments and commercial units.

Sar Life Residence is designed as a single block with 15 floors. In addition to the apartments within the project, there are also commercial units on a total area of 2500 square meters. Social amenities include a sauna, fitness center, and children's playground; parking is also provided for each apartment.

The apartments within the project are offered in various alternatives, each designed in different sizes. Sar Life Residence has a total of 12 commercial units; these units are planned to meet different needs.

Sar Life Residence is located at Mareşal Fevzi Çakmak Caddesi No:23, İstiklal Mahallesi, Esenyurt. The metro stations Kıraçköprü and Dereboyu are very close to the project; additionally, access to the E5 and TEM highways is easy. The Sar Life Residence Sales Office is located in Esenyurt / Istanbul.
