Self İstanbul

Self is a residential project developed by Karden İnşaat A.Ş. Located in the Cumhuriyet Mahallesi district of Esenyurt, Istanbul, the project consists of a total of 609 apartments and 60 commercial units. The delivery date for the project has been set as the fourth quarter of 2023.

The apartments in the Self project range in size from 41 square meters to 138 square meters. Apartment types include various options such as 1+1 with balcony, 2+1 with en-suite master bathroom, 3+1 with suite room, and garden floor units. Additionally, there are specially designed entertainment areas for children.
