Seven Life Pendik

Seven Life Pendik is a residential project located in the Velibaba neighborhood of Pendik district, Istanbul. It is being built in collaboration with Abdullah Tarakcıoğlu İnşaat, Varyapı, and Kumantaş. The project is planned to consist of a total of 80 apartments.

Seven Life Pendik features 60 units of 2+1 and 20 units of 3+1 apartments. The sizes of the two apartment types vary between 97 and 102 square meters for the 2+1 units, and between 117 and 123 square meters for the 3+1 units.

The project is designed as a single block. The design process was carried out by a qualified team, and the delivery date has been set as August 2018.

Located near the Aydos forest, Seven Life Pendik offers a natural environment. In terms of transportation, it provides easy access to the city center. The Seven Life Pendik Sales Office is located in Pendik / Istanbul.
