Skyland İstanbul

Skyland is a project developed by Eroğlu Gayrimenkul. The project is located in Huzur Mahallesi, Sarıyer district of Istanbul, and includes a total of 1,129 units.

Skyland Istanbul features three tower-type blocks, which serve different functions as residential, office, and hotel. The land area of the project is 666,555 square meters.

The completion date of the project is the first quarter of 2018. Eroğlu Gayrimenkul has approximately 30 years of experience and has carried out large-scale construction projects across Turkey.

The Skyland project is located alongside the TEM highway, right next to the VIP entrance of Türk Telekom Arena. In terms of transportation, metro and metrobus options are also available; additionally, the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge can be reached within just five minutes. The Skyland Sales Office is located in Sarıyer / Istanbul.
