Solo Palas

Solo Palas is located in the İsmetpaşa neighborhood of Merkez district, Çanakkale. The project has been planned for residential and office use, in line with the office-apartment concept. The ground floor has been designed as a mezzanine garden workplace.

The exterior of the building features white insulated pressed coating. Custom-ordered wrought iron railings and design architraves have been used on the windows and balconies. All windows have been designed as wood-clad PIMAPEN.

The project's security infrastructure has been detailed; there is a large wrought iron door, an intercom system, and a security camera system at the building entrance. The shopfronts feature glazed display windows, and the interior spaces include sinks, toilets, and storage areas.

Solo Palas Sales Office is located in Merkez / Çanakkale. There are various transportation options around the project, which increases its accessibility. The building entrance hall has been planned spaciously and decorated with suspended ceilings and special floor covering patterns.
