Sonay Suites

Sonay Suites was built in the Feyzullah neighborhood of Istanbul's Maltepe district. Delivered in the second quarter of 2018 by Hacıoğulları Şirketler Grubu, this project consists of a total of 60 units. There are 56 apartments in a single 17-story block.

The project features different apartment types, including one 4+1 unit along with various sizes of 2+1 and 3+1 apartments. The gross areas of the apartments are designed as 117.97 to 126 square meters for 2+1 units, and 142.10 to 197 square meters for 3+1 units. Additionally, the size of the 4+1 apartments is approximately 280 to 293 square meters.

Apartments from the fifth floor upwards offer sea and Princes' Islands views. The project uses a central heating system and units are delivered to homeowners with built-in white goods sets. Social amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a children's swimming pool, and a fitness room.

The Sonay Suites project is located at the intersection of Bağdat Avenue, Sahil Yolu, and Minibüs Yolu. The project is equipped with security measures and also features social facilities such as a walking track. The Sonay Suites Sales Office is located in Maltepe / Istanbul.
