Tepe Park Konutları

Tepe Park Konutları was built by Baret İnşaat in the Toptepe Mahallesi district of Canik, Samsun. The project consists of a total of 60 apartments in 3 blocks located on a 5,570 m² land area. All apartments have a floor area of 231 m² and feature a 4+1 room layout.

Construction of Tepe Park Konutları began in December 2012, and delivery was completed in the first quarter of 2015. The buildings were constructed using C30 class ready-mix concrete in compliance with earthquake and insulation regulations. The apartments feature central natural gas heating, ready bathrooms, and kitchens.

A soil survey was conducted for the project; each block includes technical equipment such as an elevator, fire escape, water tank, and hydrofor. Additionally, the security system within the complex and social areas are monitored via a closed-circuit video system. Central system hot water is provided for heating.

Tepe Park Konutları Sales Office is located in Canik / Samsun. The project surroundings feature social amenities and a large green area allocated for landscaping. Proximity to main transportation axes provides easy access to other facilities in the region.
