The Voyace Collection

The Voyace Collection is located in the Avsallar neighborhood of Alanya. The project is situated close to İncekum Forest Park and the beach. It is planned to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The structures in the project are built in compliance with earthquake regulations. Additionally, conformity with fire regulations and soil survey requirements has been ensured. The building has a total of two stretcher elevators and four standard elevators.

High-quality insulation is applied in the interiors, and a generator has been included in the project. Various social areas are offered, such as a heated indoor swimming pool with a climate control unit. The facility has a CCTV security system and a 24/7 site attendant.

The Voyace Collection Sales Office is located in Alanya / Antalya. There are open parking areas and electric vehicle charging units around the project. Regular shuttle bus transportation will be provided to the beach, which is approximately 1500 meters away.
