Toya Next

Toya Next is located on Basın Ekspres Yolu in the Evren Mahallesi neighborhood of Bağcılar, Istanbul. Developed by Toya Gayrimenkul, the project is situated on a 19,000 square meter land area and includes a total of 538 residences.

The project is built in three blocks, with a total construction area of 93,600 square meters. Apartment types include 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 options, with sizes designed as 71-84 square meters (1+1), 88-137 square meters (2+1), 175 square meters (3+1), and 250 square meters (4+1), respectively.

Smart home technologies are used in the Toya Next project. This allows living spaces to be arranged according to personal preferences, while the Art&Smart technology aims to achieve high efficiency from every square meter.

Toya Next Sales Office is located in Bağcılar / Istanbul. Access to the area where the project is located is quite easy; thanks to the main transportation axes, access to other parts of the city can be provided. The delivery date of the project is planned as the second quarter of 2021.
