Valens Loca

Valens Loca is a project built in Altıntaş neighborhood of Aksu district. The project consists of a total of 60 apartments, and the delivery process is planned for the second quarter of 2027.

The materials used in the project have been selected in accordance with high standards. Thermal insulation sheathing has been applied for the exterior facade insulation, and highly insulated Bims blocks have been used for the exterior walls. Additionally, spacious living areas are offered with a ceiling height of 3.10 m.

C30 concrete compliant with TSE standards and a raft foundation system have been preferred for the building construction. High-quality brands are used in the interiors; for example, it is equipped with AGT brand laminate flooring and Kütahya ceramic. Furthermore, Siemens brand circuit breakers and cables are used in the electrical installation.

Valens Loca Sales Office is located in Aksu / Antalya. The area where the project is situated is close to main transportation axes, and various amenities are available in its surroundings.
