ViaPort Venezia

ViaPort Venezia is located in Karadeniz Mahallesi in the Gaziosmanpaşa district of Istanbul. The project was realized by Via Properties and Gürsoy Joint Venture and includes a total of 1,950 independent units. Covering an area of 82,000 m², the project consists of residential units, offices, and outlet commercial spaces.

The ViaPort Venezia project was designed inspired by the Italian architectural style. There are water canals on the construction site; it is possible to take a gondola ride on these canals. The shopping center called "Mega Outlet" within the project offers both open and closed areas, providing a wide shopping experience.

The delivery date for the project is the second quarter of 2020. There are a total of 1,950 units, and detailed information about apartment types and sizes has not been provided.
