West Side

The West Side project is located in the Barış neighborhood of Istanbul's Beylikdüzü district. The project is built on a total area of 73,800 square meters and includes 1,155 apartments. Its proximity to the E-5 Highway provides easy transportation access.

Beylikdüzü West Side consists of 15 blocks, each nine stories high. The project features different apartment types (studio, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1) with living spaces ranging from 40 square meters up to 213 square meters. Additionally, the project has a total parking area for 2,000 vehicles.

The West Side project was developed by Şahinler Holding, Uzman İnşaat, Mutlu İnşaat, and Mes Turkuaz-Mes İnşaat. Vehicle traffic within the complex has been reduced thanks to the indoor parking lots. Security services are provided by 24-hour camera systems.

The project is located in an area surrounded by Beylikdüzü Grove and is at zero distance from the metrobus stop. Situated in a location advantageous for transportation, the West Side Sales Office is located in Beylikdüzü / Istanbul.
