Yenitepe İzmir

The Yenitepe İzmir project, planned by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, is being built on a 65-dönüm plot of land in Karabağlar. The project is being realized in partnership with Nuhoğlu İnşaat, Alt ve Üst Yapı İnşaat, and Aybar İnşaat. The project, which contains a total of 1,533 residences and 25 commercial units, consists of 20 blocks ranging from 10 to 12 floors.

The areas of the residences in the project vary between 65 square meters and 165 square meters. The housing types offered are 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 options. The rough construction of all blocks has been completed, and over 90 percent of the blocks currently on sale have been sold.

The Yenitepe project also features social areas. Amenities include an open swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a fitness center. Additionally, indoor parking and security services are provided.

The Yenitepe İzmir project is located in the İhsan Alyanak Neighborhood and is only a 10-minute distance from Adnan Menderes Airport. While transportation to Alsancak takes approximately 15 minutes, it is possible to reach Optimum Shopping Center in just 5 minutes. Connections to major transportation axes are also provided; a special connection
