Yeşilce Aydos

Yeşilce Aydos is being built in the Velibaba neighborhood of Pendik district, close to Aydos Forest. Located on a 23,000 square meter plot, the project was developed in collaboration with Hyk Yapı and Kiptaş. The project, planned for delivery in the last quarter of 2020, consists of a total of 331 residences.

The project features 10 blocks, which include 2+1 and 3+1 type apartments. The sizes of the two-bedroom apartments are 83, 98, and 113 square meters respectively, while the three-bedroom living room apartments have a total area of 130 square meters. The project is designed with a family-oriented approach and offers secure site features.

In terms of social amenities, the Yeşilce Aydos project offers facilities such as children's playgrounds, seating areas within the landscape arrangements, and a walking track. Along with these amenities, various solutions have been developed to meet the needs of the residents.

The Pendik district has recently expanded its transportation networks and increased its social amenities. The diversity of dining venues, shopping malls, as well as educational and healthcare institutions, is noteworthy. Yeşilce Aydos Sales Office is located in Pendik / İstanbul.
