Malibu

Malibu is located in the Aşağı Girne neighborhood of the Girne district in Cyprus, in the Tatlısu region. The project is being built on a 16,000 m² area and offers a total of 75 apartments. The delivery date is the fourth quarter of 2026.

Each apartment has been designed with functional and aesthetic criteria in mind. High ceilings and large windows ensure the illumination of the interior spaces, thus creating a sense of unity with the outdoors. The apartments feature kitchens with granite countertops and fully equipped bathrooms.
