North Residence

North Residence is located in the Karakum neighborhood of the Girne district in Cyprus. The project was developed by North Power Property and offers a total of 74 residential units. The delivery date is the second quarter of 2018.

The project was built as two blocks. Green areas and various social amenities have been considered on each floor. The apartment options also include specially designed units.

Heat and sound insulation in the buildings have been planned above the regional standards. Additionally, modern technical infrastructures such as fiber optic internet are also available.

North Residence Sales Office is located in Girne / Cyprus. The area where the project is situated is close to the city center and offers easy access to the main transportation routes.
