Grand Sapphire Blu

Grand Sapphire Blu is located in the Boğaz neighborhood of the İskele district of Cyprus. The project is being built on a total area of 90,727.18 m², 500 meters from the sea. It comprises 5 high-rise buildings of 28 floors and 8 low-rise blocks of 5 floors.

The project will include a total of 2,345 units; these units consist of studio, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and penthouse apartment options. Within the complex, there are infinity swimming pools on top of each high-rise building, along with a total of 10,000 m² of indoor and outdoor swimming pool area.

The Grand Sapphire Blu project also features facilities such as a business center and Fit Plus. The future delivery date of the project is planned for the second quarter of 2027.
