İncek Life

İncek Life was developed by Sinpaş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı in the Alacaatlı neighborhood of Ankara's Çankaya district. The project was built on a total land area of 113,200 square meters, with 84,000 square meters of green space. There are 548 residences in this project, and the delivery of the buildings took place in the second quarter of 2014.

The housing options in the İncek Life project include 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 apartments as well as private villas. The sizes of the apartments are: 74 to 89 square meters for 1+1 units, 107 to 140 square meters for 2+1 units, 164 to 183 square meters for 3+1 units, and finally 199 to 208 square meters for 4+1 units. Additionally, the surface area of the villas ranges between 445 and 451 square meters.

A soil survey was conducted during the construction of the project, and the buildings were built on a raft foundation in accordance with earthquake regulations. The blocks feature passenger elevators and freight elevators, as well as a hydrofor, water tank, and generator system. The residences are heated by a natural gas central system, and each apartment has a separate heat cost allocator.

The İncek Life Sales Office is located in Çankaya / Ankara. The project is on the main transportation
