Öniz Yaşam Konutları

Öniz Yaşam Konutları is located in the Bağlıca neighborhood of the Etimesgut district. The project has been designed as an alternative to conventional apartment-type housing projects and villa complexes. Consisting of 30 garden homes, the project aims to combine the advantages of both typologies.

The project features a total of 6 blocks, with 5 garden apartments in each block. Each apartment has its own private entrance and offers private gardens along with common landscaping areas that make outdoor use functional. This arrangement creates a sustainable living space between the interior and exterior.

The project's delivery date has been set for the third quarter of 2022. The placement of the buildings on the land creates pedestrianized inner streets and supports pedestrian circulation. In the design, various details have been carefully considered to protect the privacy of the residents.

Öniz Yaşam Konutları Sales Office is located in Etimesgut / Ankara. The project's location is at an advantageous point in terms of transportation; it is connected to the main roads in its surroundings. This provides easy access to both social amenities and daily needs.
