Zan Towers

Zan Towers is a residential project located in Taşpınar Mahallesi, Gölbaşı district of Ankara. Covering a construction area of 13,695 m², the project includes a total of 268 apartments and 1,245 m² of commercial space. The project has two blocks; one is 23 stories and the other is 29 stories.

The project offers various apartment types designed for different living needs: 1+1, 2+1, 3.5+1, and penthouse options are available. The floor height of the apartments is set at 3.20 meters.

Zan Towers was built using C35/45 concrete and features a raft foundation and reinforced concrete frame load-bearing system. A beam-slab flooring system was implemented for the structure's safety, supported by a total of 144 steel bored piles.
