Onyx Ankara

Onyx is a residential project located in Gökçek Neighborhood of Sincan district. The project consists of a total of 882 units and is designed in three phases. The first phase includes 126 2+1 apartments, 227 1+1 apartments, and 85 commercial units.

The project features a horizontal architectural approach and includes commercial areas in addition to the apartments. In the second phase, 110 2+1 and 201 1+1 apartments are planned along with a total of 52 commercial units. The delivery date for the Onyx project is planned for the second quarter, May-2025, according to the scheduled timeline.
