Center Ankara

Merkez is a project located in the Gazi neighborhood of Yenimahalle district, Ankara. The project includes a total of 1,578 residences, 1,434 offices, and various commercial areas. Additionally, a 600-meter shopping street arranged as an open-air mall is part of this building complex.

The Merkez project has a large-scale, mixed-use structure. The residences and offices offered in the project are expected to be in different sizes and designs. The planned delivery date for title deed transfer is the third quarter of 2023.

The architectural design of the project was carried out by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF). This design prioritizes both aesthetics and functionality. The Merkez project spans a total area of 125 acres and is among Turkey's largest mixed-use living projects.

Located in Gazi Mahallesi, the Merkez project has direct access to Millet Bahçesi, thus offering a life connected to green areas. Thanks to its proximity to main transportation axes, access to other parts of the city can be easily provided. The Merkez Sales Office is located in Yenimahalle / Ankara.
