Huzur Kent Yaşam Evleri

Huzur Kent Yaşam Evleri was built by Huzur Kent Yapı Grubu. The project consists of a total of 177 independent units and is located on Turgut Özal Boulevard. It is planned to be delivered in the second quarter of 2020.

The project consists of four blocks and has an apartment-type architectural structure. It is envisaged that different apartment types will be available in each block.

The total land area is 22,000 square meters. Known as Nover Ay Konutları, this project also includes commercial units.

Huzur Kent Yaşam Evleri is located in the Turgut Özal neighborhood of Yenimahalle district, Ankara. Thanks to its proximity to the D-20 ring road and Batıkent road, it provides easy transportation. It is possible to reach Botanik metro station on foot in approximately 15 minutes; access to the city center can be achieved in just 20 minutes.
