MK265 Park

MK265 Park is being developed by MK Çetin Yapı. The project will be built on a total area of over 55,000 m², including 35,000 m² of residential space and over 6,000 m² of plaza area.

The project is planned to consist of a total of 227 units. Detailed apartment types and sizes have not yet been specified.

The Yakacık Recreation Area within the project is designed as an urban park, with the current section covering an area of 193,200 m². Additionally, the second phase recreation area adjacent to the project will have an area of 118,600 m².
