Tema Roof

Tema Roof is being built in the Altıntaş neighborhood of Aksu district, Antalya. Located on a total land area of 3,477 m², the project consists of 2 blocks and a total of 236 1+1 apartments. The project aims to contribute to the Antalya construction sector with a new concept.

The project includes 4 swimming pools and a closed parking lot for 145 vehicles. Block A has two swimming pools, one of which is indoor; Block B has one swimming pool. Additionally, each block features sun lounger areas, a cafe, and a fitness center.
