Valens Plus

Valens Plus is located in the Altıntaş neighborhood of Aksu district. The project's completion date is set for the third quarter of 2026. Developed by Çağrıcı İnşaat, the project is being built under high-standard building inspection control.

Within the scope of the project, ST420 reinforcement class and C30 concrete with a raft foundation system have been preferred. Non-combustible stone wool insulation is applied to the building's exterior facade, with a cladding thickness of 5 cm. Spacious areas have been created indoors by providing a ceiling height of 3.00 m.

The exterior is finished with aluminum joinery, and heat-insulated 4+16+4 comfort glass is used for the windows. The aesthetic appearance of the interiors is enhanced with electric shutter systems and Jotun brand paint. Additionally, Siemens brand fuses and circuit breakers are used for the plumbing and electrical installations.

Valens Plus Sales Office is located in Aksu / Antalya. It is situated on main roads to provide easy access to the project. Thanks to the social amenities in the immediate vicinity, quick access to various needs is possible.
