My Terrace Suit

My Terrace Suit is located in the Sümer neighborhood of the Nazilli district in Aydın. The project is being built on a 2,300 square meter area, 500 meters from Adnan Menderes University Sümer Campus.

The project consists of a total of 50 apartments in two blocks. My Terrace Suit stands out with its 7-story structure.

The project is developed by Birdal İnşaat. Completion of My Terrace Suit is planned for the fourth quarter of 2019.

My Terrace Suit Sales Office is located in Nazilli / Aydın. Right next to the project is Sümer Park, which features a zoo, an amusement park, and cafes.
