Trend 16

Trend 16 is located in the Kayapa neighborhood of Bursa's Nilüfer district. Developed by Berat Rızvanoğlu İnşaat, this project consists of a total of 86 independent units. Combining experience from previous projects in the area, the developer has embarked on a new construction process.

The architectural design and interior arrangements of the project have been elevated to a higher level compared to previous ones. Details regarding apartment types and sizes have not yet been announced. The project area also includes social amenity facilities.
