Güler Kent

Güler Kent is located in the Yeşilova neighborhood of Bursa's Osmangazi district. The project is being developed by Güler CSK Grup İnşaat and consists of a total of 193 residential units across 6 blocks on a 11,000 m² area, also including office and shop spaces.

The project features a total of 118 offices and 30 shops. Among the residential options, there are 2+1 corner-type units with spacious balconies and large 3+1 types.

The delivery date is set for the second quarter of 2023. A-class quality materials were used in the construction of the project's buildings.

Located in Yeşilova Mahallesi, the Güler Kent Sales Office is situated at a strategically important point for transportation convenience. Thanks to its proximity to main transportation axes, it is possible to access various parts of Bursa.
