Uzun Yaşam Konutları

Uzun Yaşam Konutları has been developed by Uzun İnşaat. The project was delivered in the first quarter of 2019 and consists of a total of 96 residential units.

Each apartment features a video intercom system. Additionally, parking space is provided for every residence, and the building has been constructed in compliance with earthquake regulations.

Thermal insulation coating and waterproofing systems are used in the buildings. All apartments are equipped with a central satellite system, and first-class materials have been preferred for the interiors.

The Uzun Yaşam Konutları Sales Office is located in Merkezefendi / Denizli. The project is situated in the Şemikler Mahallesi neighborhood, in an area close to main transportation routes.
