Nova Bahçe Saros

Nova Bahçe Saros is an ecological village project located in the Mustafa Kemal Paşa neighborhood of Keşan district, Edirne. The project is designed to create sustainable living spaces and includes a total of 18 parcels of 500 m² each.

The structural features of the project include renewable energy infrastructure and smart security systems. Through these elements, it aims to provide a life in harmony with nature. Additionally, social areas have been integrated into the project.

Nova Bahçe Saros has a non-agricultural usage permit, which legally allows for works such as tiny house installation and landscaping. All legal permits for the project have been fully completed.
