Hezarfen Konutları

Hezarfen Konutları is a residential project located in the Hadımköy neighborhood of Arnavutköy district, Istanbul. The project, which will be built with a total of 420 apartments, is being developed by Vefakar Yapı. The delivery date of the project is the fourth quarter of 2022.

Hezarfen Konutları consists of blocks with 11 and 10 floors, each floor containing 4 apartments. The apartments have a gross size of 135 m² and offer a single type of 3+1 layout. The green area ratio in the project is planned as 70%.

The residences will be built in accordance with a safe construction standard. Additionally, various social amenities will be provided in the project to meet the needs of the residents.
