Ticarethane Metkap

Ticarethane Metkap is located in the Hadımköy neighborhood of the Arnavutköy district of Istanbul. The project includes 137 workshop-store-retail units, and these units, starting from 67 m², can be combined up to 14,000 m² according to need.

The project consists of two blocks, and these blocks are connected to each other by a circulation system. The architecture of Ticarethane Metkap has been specifically designed for the metal and plastics sector. The ceiling height has been set at 6.5 meters for shops and stores.

The project features a treatment plant designed as an environmentally friendly industrial project. This plant has the capacity to treat up to 5,000 cubic meters of wastewater containing heavy metals per day. Additionally, the project includes workshop areas, technical areas, parking, and storage units.

Ticarethane Metkap Sales Office is located in Arnavutköy / Istanbul. Thanks to the project's transportation infrastructure, access to other industrial areas in the region is easily provided. The facility also includes additional elements such as a generator and a grey water tank.
