Otto Ataşehir is a project located in the Barbaros neighborhood of the Ataşehir district of Istanbul. Developed in collaboration with IGYG and Modern Yapı, this project is being built on block 2530, plot 16. The project's delivery date is planned for the fourth quarter of 2023.

The Otto Ataşehir project has a mixed-use design consisting of residential, office, and commercial areas. The project comprises a total of 70 units. It has been stated that no loans were used during the construction process and that the completion cost is blocked in a bank account.
