Banuevleri Ispartakule 4

Banuevleri Ispartakule 4 is located in the Tahtakale neighborhood of Avcılar district, Istanbul. The project was developed by Hasanoğlu İnşaat and consists of a total of 70 apartments. Designed with a similar concept to the first phase, the project is built on a 10,400 m² land plot.

The construction area of the project is 31,000 m², including 8,000 m² of green space. Banuevleri Ispartakule 4 comprises two main blocks and three urban villas. The apartments offer lake and nature views.

The materials used in the project are selected from first-class quality. The delivery date of the apartments is planned for the first quarter of 2024.

Banuevleri Ispartakule 4 Sales Office is located in Avcılar / Istanbul. The project is situated at a point close to major transportation axes and is at the center of large investments such as the third airport and Kanal Istanbul projects.
