3. İstanbul is a residential project based in İstanbul. Developed by Asaf İş Adi Ortaklığı, the project is carried out in cooperation with the Başakşehir Municipality. The project includes a total of 1,500 residences and 209 commercial units.

The project sits on a land area of 115,000 m² and consists of three phases. A total of 14 blocks have been built, targeting middle and upper-middle income groups. The delivery date for the project is set for the second quarter of 2019.

3. İstanbul is being built in a location adjacent to Europe's largest botanical park. Additionally, the project has won three awards at the European Property Awards. Developers include companies such as Alzamil Gayrimenkul, Seha Yapı, Adese AVM, and Fuzul Yapı.

The project is located on Rıfat Ilgaz Caddesi in the İkitelli-2 neighborhood of Başakşehir district. It is just a five-minute walk from Metrokent and Başak Konutları metro stations, and is also close to the D-7 highway. 3. Sales Office is located in Başakşehir / İstanbul.
