Çiftçi Towers

Çiftçi Towers is a real estate project developed by Türkerler Holding. Located in the Nisbetiye neighborhood of the Beşiktaş district in Istanbul, the project consists of a total of 288 apartments and two 55-story towers. The construction area of the project is 25,000 square meters, with the first 10 floors allocated to commercial spaces.

In the completed structure of Çiftçi Towers, each floor features different types of apartments. Apartment sales are ongoing, offering opportunities for investors. Specific information regarding the sizes of the apartments in the project has not been provided.
