İsis Residence

İsis Residence is located in the Adnan Kahveci neighborhood of Istanbul's Beylikdüzü district. Developed by Gürsoy Group Gayrimenkul A.Ş., the project is built on a 14,000 square meter area. The project consists of a total of 56 apartments and 11 commercial units.

İsis Residence is situated in a single block and is currently under construction. The construction process is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2018. The commercial units are located on the ground floor of the building, and this area is designed for various activities.

Details regarding the project's architecture have not yet been announced; however, it is stated to have found its place among large-scale projects in general. Among the building projects undertaken are well-known projects such as Venezia and Başakşehir Ayazma.

İsis Residence is located south of Beylik Pazarı and is approximately 2 kilometers from the E-5 highway. Within walking distance, there are two hospitals (Beylikdüzü Kolan Hospital and Medicana International) and two shopping malls (Perlavista and Marmara Park), while reaching the coastal road takes about half an hour on foot. The İsis Residence Sales Office is located in Beylikdüzü / Istanbul.
