Yasemin Evleri

Yasemin Evleri is a residential project located in the Kavaklı neighborhood of the Beylikdüzü district of Istanbul. The project was developed by Balkaya İnşaat, which entered the construction sector in 2014. It comprises a total of 84 residential units and 17 commercial shops.

The Yasemin Evleri project consists of a total of four blocks, built on an area of 5,190 m². The project offers various apartment options, and the delivery of the residences was planned for the third quarter of 2018.

Balkaya İnşaat is previously known for projects such as Citycourt, Sun Flower AVM, and Outland AVM. Yasemin Evleri is among the mass housing projects targeting the middle-income group and aims to serve a wide audience.

Yasemin Evleri is located on the Büyükçekmece – Yakuplu bus line, with a bus stop adjacent to it. Access to the E-5 highway can be provided via Batı Trakya Boulevard in the west direction. The Yasemin Evleri Sales Office is located in Beylikdüzü / Istanbul.
