Günışığı Konakları

Günışığı Konakları was built by Güvensa Yapı İnşaat in the Alkent 2000 neighborhood of Istanbul's Büyükçekmece district. The project covers a total area of 265,838 m², of which 3,500 m² is allocated to green areas and social facilities. Günışığı Konakları features a total of 121 triplex villas.

The residences in the project are offered in various size options, standing out with unit types such as 4+2, 5+2, and 6+2. Each mansion is designed with private garden areas and includes enclosed garages and private swimming pools. Among the villas are Sultan Sarayı (1350 m²), Şehzade Kasrı (1150 m²), Nazır Köşkü (950 m²), Paşa Konağı (650 m²), and Sadrazam Konağı (520 m²).

The structures in Günışığı Konakları are built on raft foundations. The blocks, for which soil surveys were conducted, are designed in accordance with earthquake and insulation regulations. Construction of the project began in December 2008, and all units were delivered by June 2010.

The Günışığı Konakları Sales Office is located in Büyükçekmece / Istanbul. The project is situated close to major transportation routes, providing its residents with easy access.
