MS Garden Houses

MS Garden Houses is a residential project located in the Celaliye neighborhood of Istanbul's Büyükçekmece district. The project covers a total area of 8,000 m², with 25% building area and 75% green space. The project consists of 4 blocks with a total of 80 apartments.

The apartments in the project are offered in different types; 2+1, 3+1, 3+2, 4+2, 5+2 and 6+2 options are available. Additionally, each apartment has air conditioning infrastructure, and telephone and internet infrastructure are also provided.

Security systems hold an important place in MS Garden Houses; there is a closed-circuit security system and a fire detection system in common areas. Social amenities include facilities such as a sauna, Turkish bath, and steam room, as well as a fitness center and an indoor pool.

The MS Garden Houses Sales Office, located in Büyükçekmece, is situated at Güvercinlik Caddesi No:92-98. The project delivery date is planned for the second quarter of 2026. Open areas such as an outdoor swimming pool and a children's pool, along with walking trails, are included in the project.
