Coastal City

1Coastal City is a residential project located in the Pınartepe neighborhood of the Büyükçekmece district of Istanbul. Developed by Özyurtlar İnşaat, the project has a land area of 5,000 square meters and a construction area of 47,000 square meters. It contains a total of 208 residential units.

The project is designed as three blocks and offers sea-view terraced apartments. The structure, blending traditional and modern architecture, creates spacious and bright living spaces. The terraces provide residents with the opportunity to enjoy the sea view.
