Alya 4 Mevsim

Alya 4 Mevsim is located in the Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa neighborhood of the Esenyurt district. The project consists of a total of 4 blocks: Blocks A and B have 3 basement floors, a ground floor, and 11 standard floors, making a total of 15 floors. Blocks C and D, on the other hand, have 1 basement floor, a ground floor, and 11 standard floors, totaling 13 floors.

There are a total of 217 residences within the Alya 4 Mevsim project. In addition, the project also includes six shops. The design of each individual unit has been created with a focus on functionality.

The delivery period determined for the project is the fourth quarter of 2023. The construction process continues in accordance with the building permit; therefore, technical details may be updated at certain stages.
