Marmara Garden

Marmara Garden is located in the Güzelyurt neighborhood of Esenyurt, Istanbul. Developed by Bayburtlu İnşaat, the project includes a total of 522 apartments and commercial units. The project consists of three 18-story blocks and targets middle and upper-middle income groups.

The apartments in the project are designed to offer spacious living areas. Each block is built in an attached order, forming a large building mass. The delivery date for Marmara Garden is planned as the second quarter of 2020.
