Önay Life Residence

Önay Life Residence is located in Yeşilkent Mahallesi, Esenyurt district of Istanbul. The project was developed by ÖNTU İnşaat and is planned to be delivered in the first quarter of 2019. It contains a total of 64 residential units.

The project consists of a single L-shaped block. On a land area of 7,000 m², there are a total of 442 apartments and 23 commercial units. Targeting middle and upper-middle income groups, the building is designed to offer various social amenities.

The architectural structure of Önay Life Residence is positioned adjacent to the neighboring Innovia 2 project. It is also located approximately 500 meters south of the D-100 highway, providing an advantage in terms of transportation.

Access to the project by car is quite easy; since the boulevard connects directly to the D-100 highway, there are no issues. There are bus stops nearby, and it is possible to reach Bizimkent metrobus stop on foot in approximately 15 minutes. However, there are no metro stations or shopping malls in the vicinity. Önay Life Residence Sales Office is located in Esenyurt / Istanbul.
