Focus Eyüp

Focus Eyüp is a residential project located in the Çırçır neighborhood of Eyüpsultan, Istanbul. Developed by FTAŞ Yapı, the project is built on a total area of 27,000 square meters and consists of 170 residences in three blocks and eight commercial units.

The project includes 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 type apartments. The sizes of the apartments vary; 1+1 apartments range from 59 to 65 square meters, while 2+1 apartments range from 102 to 112 square meters. Additionally, there are three areas designed as guest apartments.

Security measures at Focus Eyüp include a constantly active camera system and a security team. Enclosed parking lots minimize vehicle traffic within the site, while social amenities such as a children's playground, fitness center, and swimming pools are offered.

Focus Eyüp Sales Office is located in Eyüpsultan / Istanbul. The project is surrounded by natural landscapes and is situated in a location close to important transportation points. The delivery date of the project is the first quarter of 2021.
